I dislike the fact that the restroom can not be use. Now it’s a code box up to get to the hallway to the office and restroom and every time I try to use it when I do need to I either got some feed back from the woman employer about open the door which should be unlock but she locks it and not they have a box up where you can not enter the hall where the rest room is located. The male had no issue unlocking the restroom when I needed to use it. But why is the restroom lock doing business hours

I absolutely loveeee this storage facility. The front desk lady is super sweet, helpful, and shes always willing to go above and beyond for guest. Her name is Shan and she is super amazing! I've had my parents and even two of my friends come to the storage with me, and they expressed how nice it was inside, how clean the floors, walls, elevators, and units were. I had my unit for 4 months and I had no issues with my belongings being, dirty, and everything was also bug free. Which was the highlight of it all because I just moved everything out over this weekend moving into my new place and I didn't see not one spider or bug. This facility is kept up very well and it's super clean. If I need another unit there is no doubt that I would be going back to this storage facility. The location is great and easy to access. They have more than enough carts for your belongings. I love it here, if you want squeaky clean and bug free this is the place to be, better than I've seen other places.
