The whole process of renting was very easy and done online. I rent a unit that had digital entry. I arrived at the unit to unload and was able to get in the gate. The young lady who was on duty gave me instruction on how to unlock the unit with my phone and made sure I could open it. The whole experience was excellent. So impressed.
