I worked with Kat to set up my payment after I made a reservations. Originally I was going to go in person and do this. But Kat was able to help me via the phone and on line by finding a more suitable unit. She even walked me through the floor map so I could find one closest to the entry, for our convenience. Definitely the best self storage place I've been to and seen. It's always immaculate, and I've never had a complaint about the cleanliness. It's also got very good air conditioning and so you know all your stuff is safe in the climate controlled insides. Over all I have loved my experience, and say it's a great place to store.

Mark explained everything clearly and was detailed about the storage unit that I was renting. He showed me the unit and the easier way to get there. I like that there are dollys around for you so you don’t have to carry all your stuff all the way to the unit. The building is clean, organize and climate controlled. I would rent again in the future with Extra Space Storage.

the reps and managers were a 10 out of a 10 always able to be reached and help with any needs that you may have. I don’t necessarily care for the company with the frequent increase in rates if you aren’t locked into a contract my rate changed with increases so often it was annoying so I just decided to move out because I couldn’t deal however they do keep the grounds clean and the storage units are safe.
