This is my first experience having a storage unit and Zayla has been the best communicator. I’m actually always happy when she answers the phone. She’s always positive and uplifting! If you’ve been hesitant don’t be this is a great place. All you have to do is communicate and they’ll work with you. When you call ask for Zayla!??

If I could do 10 stars I WOULD!! The Store Manager Zayla Coaxum made this an experience to remember with her excellent customer service! She answered every question I had, helped me with everything I needed and more! I’m amazed by her positive attitude and how patient she was with me! This manager alone is the reason I will be bringing my business here AND why I will be recommending it to everyone I know! Great Customer Service is SO HARD TO FIND! So when we do, we appreciate it to the fullest and I prefer to go where I know i’ll be respected and treated kindly then somewhere where the workers don’t want to work and act disgustingly. YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT HERE! Ms. Zayla Coaxum, you were excellent and I hope she trains all under her and create a crew full of little hers lol!
