I have rented a storage unit with extra space at the w oak parkway location two times. It is always clean and the staff are wonderful. Shequita who is the store manager is the BEST hands down. She is always cheerful and ready to help when ever and how ever she can. She made moving into my units a breeze!

I just came back to my storage unit here yesterday and have to again give the store manager, Shequita Neely, a big KUDO for being so helpful. She always greets me with a smile and her friendliness and professionalism are why I now have 3-storage units at her facility. She goes the extra mile! Extra Space Storage is a clean, nice climate controlled place with great people like Shequita managing the facility so I plan to stay with them for awhile. Thanks again for all your help, Shequita! Previous review: This place is GREAT and their manager Shequita Neely is the main reason! She honored the internet rate on my reservation and she was SO helpful with all the paperwork that it couldn't have been easier. Clean, bright climate-controlled units that really impress! I moved from another storage unit because of a lack of service and am so happy I found Extra Space. Having Shequita as the manager was an added bonus! Great place and you will love it!
