I had an excellent experience renting a storage unit at the Extra Space Storage on W. Oak Pkwy. I signed my contract online early Saturday morning while the facility was still closed, and the process was quick, smooth, and completely self-service. Once the facility opened, I was able to move in seamlessly, and the lock was already inside my 5x5 unit, which made everything incredibly convenient. The prices are amazing, especially if you book online and take advantage of their web specials… easily one of the best storage deals I’ve found. On my second trip to move more items in, I had the pleasure of meeting Tasha, and she truly made the experience even better. She was friendly, professional, and very pleasant, and helped me navigate the facility more easily while providing excellent customer service. The facility is very clean, well-kept, smells really, really good, and is in a great location. I’ve rented from another Extra Space Storage location before, but this one is by far the best experience I’ve had… from pricing to cleanliness to service. Highly recommend this location and shoutout to Tasha for her outstanding customer care!
