I set the account up online but couldn’t get in so I left a message and Kiwana called concerning my problem. She understood my situation and gave me a call. When I got there staff help me with monetary assistance. To get the account correct. And they showed me around the facility. I highly recommend the facility and all the staff. Also it’s a new facility and extremely well. If you want a storage facility I hope pick this phenomenal place
