I’ve normally had very positive experiences at this Extra Space Storage location. The employees who regularly work here have always been friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. I couldn’t access my storage through the app, so I asked the employee working there for help. He did provide me with the access code, but when I asked why I couldn’t access it through the app, he told me I would have to call the 800 number. When I asked him for the number, he said he didn’t know it. He also made it clear that he normally doesn’t work at this location and seemed very dismissive and uninterested in helping beyond that. His attitude was rude and made what should have been a simple issue unnecessarily frustrating. This was the complete opposite of the customer service I normally receive from the regular staff at this location. They have always been great, which made this experience even more disappointing.
