When I rented my unit (10x20) I started out paying around $150 if I remember correctly. My rent has gone up constantly ever since and is now at $263 per month. I just rented the same climate controlled unit a little down the road for $125/ month and it’s on the first floor! I am currently on the 2nd floor. I am willing to drive further to my unit for a much better price! At some point I will be moving all my stuff out of this place. It is clean and kept nice but it costs way too much for comparable units.
