I'm done. I'm going to be leaving this storage facility. They consistently raise your rates for a service that is not an evolving service. They claim is that they must stay competitive within the region. But here's the thing within one mile the next storage facility is guess who, their own storage facility. So they mean to tell me they are competitive with themselves? One little fact about my specific storage facility is that it's only a 10x7. They want to start charging me 150.00 a month. I can and will go to a storage facility in Mableton that charges for a 10x10 storage unit for only $80 a month. It will be more of a drive but I'll save $70 dollars a month. And I've used this storage facility before when I used to live in Mableton. I was at that location for 3 years and not once did they raise my rates in those 3 years. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T PUT YOUR VALUABLES OR KEEPSAKES here. You get your rates raised 2 times a year.
