Johnette Mcswain is gonna get you right from beginning to end! I accidentally reserved two different storage units and she called me to verify that was right. Over the phone I explained I didn’t know what I was doing and what I was trying to store. She recommended the storage unit that was best, then she followed up with me a few days later. I told her I would be by over the weekend to verify but I ended up coming during the week. She still took care of me. She showed me around the property and I was able to get an even better storage unit more convenient for me!!!
