This is my first time using a self storage facility for myself and the experience has been very good, so far. The sales associate, Javone at the Rockbridge Rd location has been great. She’s very knowledgeable and has been helpful with all of my needs. She maintains a well kept facility and is a pleasure to do business with.

my experience was interesting, the manager at 1935 Rockbridge was not helpful customer first time experience there did not feel warm and inviting so I found that going online or calling customer service was the best option for me. I specifically said that I wanted a particular option that I was willing to pay and she was trying to sell me something else that I was not interested . over all my space unit was very clean. I appreciate the clean of bathroom

Just moving in. Facility is clean and well lit. App makes it easy to open doors. Love that the lock was provided! We are sorting a loved one’s items and the proximity to our home is well appreciated! We would certainly recommend to others. Thank you extra storage space!
