I spoke with Jose Kong with regards to renting a space at their Woodstock facility. I thought customer service was dead in the water but Jose proved me wrong. He went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a great storage spot in their facility. He was extremely professional and understanding of the fact that i was on a budget. If you need assistance definetly ask for Jose Kong he is PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Jose thank you for restoring my faith in professional customer service as you provided. Very happy customer DDA :)
