My husband and I recently sold the house we had been in for over 20 years. We have moved to a small apartment and so we rented a unit from extra space to store our extra furniture. I love using the app and having digital access to open both the elevator and the unit.No physical lock and key to keep up with. Recently, I went to the unit to get some items out for seasonal decorations. The following day, I was contacted by Suzanne. She let me know that we had left our unit unlocked, but she secured it. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they make rounds to ensure the units are locked. Highly recommend extra space for your storage needs!
