Very happy with the service, Teresa was very friendly with us and help us with everything. Unfortunately our plans had changed and we couldn’t stay long with this storage but everything went so smoothly here and the place looks very clean and convenient so I will definitely recommend my friends to consider it!

Both Leo and Jeffrey were awesome, helpful and accommodating when I first booked for a unit and transferred before I can move my stuff into original rented space , as well as the lady (sorry I forgot her name ) who I always saw sweeping the floor everytime I come to the place And also may I addd, clean facility and I feel safe in the building despite its location where I see homeless people nearby Would highly recommend this place to friends -Cher

Great customer service from Leo Potter. I asked to see the units and was able to find one perfect for my needs before money transaction. He also took care of my other units that needed attention. Overall, I'm a happy customer. Ask for him if you decide to get a unit on Qweens Street. ??

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Extra Space Storage located on 868 Queen Street. From the moment I first walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by Jeff (Manager), Theresa (Assistant Manager) and Leo (An Extremely Happy and Positive Gentleman). All three of them truly go above and beyond-always ready with a s big smile, quick to answer my questions, and incredibly helpful in making sure I found the right unit for my needs. I have worked with other storage places in the past, but I find this place to be a perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. Every interaction with the staff felt personal and respectful, never rushed or transactional.
