This rating is for the staff. The girls in the front office are just wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. Always understanding and solution oriented. My unit was affected by some leaking during a recent storm. I can’t imagine how stressful it all was but they were nothing but courteous and apologetic. If I ever need anything I’m never worried about having to argue with the getting a resolution. Love them!

At first it was rough talking to a Guy named Omar over the phone. Husband and I was let’s hang up the phone and go down to the office. Thankfully, we were taken cared of by Jessica. She was very easy going, friendly, informative, walked us to the potential unit we may be interested. Jessica let us know about the app which we signed up right away at the unit without doing anything in the office and what is such a wonderful and convenient thing is you can open the gate from your phone.
