I'm giving them a 5 star due to them being very helpful and understanding after i needed to change my current unit size a couple of times due to me having more stuff to store than i thought, they were awesome and had no problem helping me get the right unit.

if wish my space were a bit less costly. Outside of that is the fact that ES customer service is exceptional. These guys at this facility embody the Aloha spirit 1000%. What a great world it would be if everyone took their jobs seriously and did them with the profesionalism that ES employees do without fail.
