????? Zack and Becca are simply THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Their professionalism, kindness, compassion, and outstanding customer service truly set this location apart! Recently, I was shocked to learn that my monthly storage rate was increasing from $69 to $130 after my promotional rate expired. That's nearly DOUBLE! I went in to speak with Becca, and she immediately went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf. She appealed the increase and was able to secure a much more reasonable rate! As someone who is currently unemployed, I cannot begin to express how much her willingness to help meant to me. Becca didn't just provide excellent customer service; she demonstrated genuine compassion and understanding during a financially challenging time. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, but it's people like Zack and Becca who make this location truly exceptional! "THANK YOU, BECCA!" Your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile have not gone unnoticed. Extra Space Storage is incredibly blessed to have you both! ?? I HIGHLY recommend this location!

This is absolutely the place to choose for your storage needs. I did a ton of research and they not only treated me right, but took the time to review my needs, tour me around the immaculate facility, and give me choices. I got a great rate (they honored online promo) and felt respected throughout the process. Other places felt scammy and manipulative. Extra Space is making their mark and I am incredibly impressed.
