Mixed experience overall. On the plus side, parking is usually available, although there are only about 8 spots. The facility is clean and seems reasonably well maintained, and it’s in a decent location rather than a rough industrial area where you’d feel uneasy coming at night. The downsides: our rate has nearly doubled since we first signed up. That seems to be standard practice for storage companies, but it’s still a big increase. The Bluetooth unlock from your phone is advertised as a perk so you don’t have to keep entering the long codes for the various doors. It looks like it’s working, but the door doesn’t actually open, so you end up typing the code anyway. The elevators have the same problem. Extremely annoying. The elevator has 4 floors, but unit numbers don’t match them. A unit in the 400s isn’t necessarily on the 4th floor. A simple sign in the elevator showing which units are on each floor would take five minutes and solve it. Finally, every time we go in there’s a beeping noise coming from the machines or the elevator. It would be good to see it fixed. Overall, the place is kept clean, but it feels like the small things get overlooked by the manager (friendly as he might be): making sure everything is properly maintained, actually works and is easy to use.
