***Amended*** Very nice and clean facility with extremely helpful staff. They go above and beyond. I feel really good about storing my stuff here, which brings me a great deal of comfort. Highly recommend. ***Update*** Several months ago, I ran into a pricing issue. I will say the increases were ridiculous, and I almost had to jump ship. However, after leaving a review, they saw my post and adjusted my storage fee. It's been three, almost 4 months since the complaint was seen to, and so far, no changes. It's rare to feel seen and heard with a corporation. I really appreciate that. This took an immense stress off of my shoulders. I've been storing with extra space for years now in two locations, and I hope I never have to leave. **Update** Another price jump of $81 appeared in the mail, so I called the local store manager, who is just the best. This time I figured out more of what was happening here. These price jumps are sent from corporate without informing the staff. They are more than willing to help figure out the situation, so please speak to them kindly. They are infact quite wonderful. I am relieved to keep my business with Extra space storage. As for the people at corporate, consider the little people, please!

We rented a unit in Meridian, ID for almost three years. The facility is so clean. We haven't had any problems with bugs or rodents which is hard to find in outdoor storage. Staff has been friendly and great to work with. We love the gate access through the app. Definitely a good value too. We will seek out Extra Space locations if we ever need a storage in the future. Edited to add: We only had one or two small price increases in our three years. All of which gave us about a month notice. It never seemed unreasonable to me, especially when comparing to other areas storage facilities.
