Inquired about Storage space.. receptionist was very informative and polite.. totally explained all of my options and provided me with all the security measures they have along with the units they have on station.. Good experience... I would just like to recognize Chris and the other coworker for a great experience..They ensured that I was all set up properly with all the details on signing in and acquiring a unit...The Sheridan rd. facility in Zion IL. **BEWARE — Predatory Pricing Practices** My move-in rate was **$56.00 per month**. Less than five months later, they attempted to **DOUBLE it to $112.00**. After I contacted the office and challenged the increase, the rate was adjusted to $87.00. Now, I have received yet another increase—to **$125.00 per month**, a roughly **44% increase from $87.00**. This is exactly what consumers need to understand before renting here. The attractive move-in rate means very little when the company can continue raising your rent at its discretion once your belongings are moved in and you are faced with the time, expense, and inconvenience of relocating them. I understand that prices increase. What I do not accept is a business model that gets customers in the door at one price and then imposes massive increases once they are settled into the unit. **$56 to $125 is a 123% increase.** That is not a normal price adjustment. Consumers deserve transparent pricing and reasonable limits on how much their rate can be increased after move-in. Rent here knowing that the price you agree to today may bear very little resemblance to what you will be charged months from now.
