From reserving the space for our dental van with Nae who was incredible and thorough with everything especially finding a location close to our businesses that could accommodate the size of it, to talking to Leticia and Jon this morning with the explanation that I could submit my paper work online instead of bringing it into the actual office. Their customer service at this location goes above and beyond they're nice, respectful and easy to talk to with great knowledge of their jobs. I'm happy I chose this location for my jobs needs.

Service was excellent. Leticia escorted me around to show me the 5x5 in which I rented in Washington DC online but never visually seen in person. Also verified my ID prior to heading to Washington DC for great transition.
