Beware the huge rate increases!! My rate went up 40% in October 2025 and is going up another 10% next month. Going from $162 to $258 in 9 months is unacceptable! (Mark the manager is very helpful, though, despite his company's rate increases.)

Huge shoutout to Mark for helping me today! I was a bit confused on how to access my unit but he took the time to walk me to it & even show me 2 different entrances to access it. He was very patient, professional, and kind. To top it off, he helped me with a lock refund on my account since I already have an extra lock from the company. Thanks for everything Mark & happy to be at this storage spot now even more! This is just around the corner from my home so I will be back to lock in my 6mo rate :)
