Honestly it was great storing with Extra Space. I loved having the security of knowing if something happened, there were cameras and only certain people had access to inside the gates. If they ever noticed anything amiss with your unit (like it not being latched shut), they would call you and make sure to let you know. The only reason I moved out of the unit was because I started out with this unit being $70, ended with it being $146. The pay increases were immense, and it was still the same as it had always been, like no extra benefits with the pay increases. Now when I called to get my move-out date certified, the woman i spoke to was nice and very good with customer service. She did tell me that had i called, they could've figured something out with the price, as the increases go out without human involvement in hopes that more people would call their offices, apparently.
