I'd highly recommend not renting from these crooks. I moved my stuff into this unit before it was purchased by "extra space" they have consistently and constantly raised my rent over the past 6 months. It started around $120 and has increased to $223 for the month of May. They have never, not once contacted me via phone, email, or regular mail to let me know that prices would be increasing. They just continued to charge whatever they wanted each month without notification. I have never needed the size unit I'm in, but it was all that was available when I moved in 3 years ago. When I went online to see what my size unit was going for now, it was $100 less per month than what I'm currently paying. These people do not care as long as they can keep drafting more and more money from your account. Its disgusting behavior. I can't imagine I'm the only one they're doing it to but they wont be anymore to me. Just a bunch of thieving crooks. And pandering to my 62 year old father for positive google reviews is gross ZACH! You guys NEVER not once notified me.

I have tried to contact this facility about canceling my storage unit and confirming my move out multiple times now and no one will answer the phone. It seems to be an endless loop Of phony, robotic voices, and no actual customer representatives.
