First let me start by saying I called customer service to set up my 5x10 ft unit, and they were amazing and explained everything to me. Then went to the site and met with Bob, which was also great, as he further explained the keys, lock, code, and showed me the unit I would be renting. The facility is clean, secure, climate controlled, and well managed. I would recommend the Fox Lake location if you're in need of extra storage, whether long term or short.

I called to give my move-out notice and Amber was able to quickly and efficiently get me started in the right direction. She even kindly called me back to communicate how I would get my pro-rate back due to me already paying for the month of November. I appreciated all her help. The only reason why I am leaving is even though I have been a customer for a year, I am unable to keep up with the rate increase that has tripled in duration in one year for my 5x10 unit. ??
