The customer service i received from Michelle was more than exceptional. She is full of energy and contains a permanent smile from ear to ear that kept me very comfortable and willing to ask any question that came to mind. If she had business cards it would make it easier for someone like me to promote the facility and offer Michelle some more clients. If she is not already capped out on her hourly/salary then I recommend that she should be. Excellent work by her and a beautiful facility with only 1 exception. The lights inside the units are completely useless and 100% need to be altered. Being that the light does not want to turn on when it should can result in a tripping hazard or potentially worse situation that could result in a lawsuit. If common sense were to be in place then I would personally have the lights on a motion sensor located in the very front of each unit instead of the middle where someone like myself will have it packed to capacity and will not have a means of walking to the middle and try to activate the light. Or a twistable 15 minute timer on the outside of each hallway that would illuminate all units and hallway for the short time would be a very cost effective way to solve this important issue that needs to be fixed.
