I believe she is the general manager of the storage facility her name is Susan, she treated us with utmost respect showed us to our storage units and was kind enough to show us how to use the lock to open. What a wonderful experience she provided for us. Never have I gone to a storage unit and had anybody show us or help us out in the way Susan did. Great storage unit I definitely recommend it here.
