I had to phone in a billing question and the staff is so professional and responsive. I also got the information the same day as the lady who took care of me told me she would. The storage space is clean. In a good parking area. And indoors. I have felt positive about the level of service and have been with the storage before when it was still menards and transitioned into extra space storage. Would recommend.
