Beyond irritated with this place. I have had the same exact Storage Unit since June 2025 nothing has been done to the Storage Unit no remodeling no updating no nothing which is fine. That’s not what I’m upset about in June 2025 when I first had the Storage Unit my rent was $80 a month then in December I got a notice that they are bumping it up to 160 how you can make it almost double is crazy to me. I called to confirm it was changing and make sure I didn’t like miss a payment or something and they said no just due to the area that’s what’s happening. I said I cannot afford that they worked with me and got it to about 100 then a couple months later similar thing happened. I’ve been paying 150 for the past. I’d say eight months or so keep in mind this is for the exact same unit that I used to pay $80 for. Fast-forward to last week when I got an email, but there will be another rent increase. I called to see if there was anything we can do for I’ve been in the exact same unit that has not changed for over a year and they said the best we can do is a couple dollars off. I explained that that is insane that the unit that used to be $80 has now more than doubled in barely a year and the lady said there was nothing they could do. I understand price has changed a little bit but when it is a rundown unit that I have had issues with. Not worth it
