So far so good! Fast and easy getting everything all set up online didn't have to talk to anyone over the phone. Gave me my access code as soon as I paid and had no issue using it! Had a welcome package inside the unit we got & it included a good lock unopened for us to use!

Nothing wrong with the unit. Very secure facility. But, prepare for amazingly excessive price increases. In December 2023, price was $63 a month. Rate is now $118/month. Nearly doubled in less than 2 years.

I have a rental unit here, have had it for a while, I have it on autopay, they get their money every month, in return for paying on time and in full every month, they raise the rate from $120 to $200.

Did not ever answer the phone the kiask is confusing they forced me to get insurance i didnt want the hours are wrong and this almost got me really screwed over DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT
