I rented a unit from here for over a year. By the time I moved out, my monthly rate had gone up over $55, and I was paying almost $200 a month. I gave my 15 day move-out notice as requested, and my move-out date was 7 days after my usual monthly payment due date (so I had already paid in full for the next month). Guess what? They don’t prorate. So instead of me paying around $46.32 for the 7 days of the new month I used the unit and getting a refund of $152.18 for the remaining days that I didn’t use, I got nothing back. Big waste of money. Had I known that’s what would happen, I wouldn’t have been in a hurry to move out of the unit. Not sure what the point of giving move-out notice is if they aren’t going to refund your money for the days you don’t use.
