When you have an issue they make it very difficult to solve because they always say someone will call you back from a different department, but weeks go on and nothing happens. Very disappointed with my experiences here and I wouldn’t recommend renting here.

They doubled our rent after 3 months. They said the first month was free but charged me. The gate was open for several weeks when it’s supposed to be closed and secured. The unit was gross and filled with bugs. I did speak to someone very pleasant once- I forget her name but maybe Dorris or Anita. But overall I’d never rent here again, we’re disappointed
