Extra space storage at first was kind of annoying because some of the agents I don't know if they're not understanding or hearing on their monitor but I did get a great agent and he was on the Rover support and right now I can't remember his name but he's the one that people need to talk to because he's very well educated on how to run a storage units business and very very very helpful so that's why I'm getting four stars because of him the other agents I think need to be trained more and probably trained by him. Got me my storage cuz I was getting ready to get a refund and really nothing and he was very calm and I got my storage so thank you that agent
