Jaclyn and Kathy helped me open an account and told me it was a set price. However.... now it's only been a few months, and every time I keep getting upcharged another $100. And here I'm thinking I'm supposed to pay only a set price. Is every few months Another hundred dollars this is new to me, doesn't seem fair, and it's out of the blue. Nobody told me when I first signed up for this that it would keep increasing. Times are hard enough. Already with bills going up? Now this is going up too. It's absurd. I'm a person of my word and I expect a business to do the same.

I was here for a few months and rented a 10x15 storage. It accommodated all my needs for a recent move. I was able to store multiple boxes without issue. Also, Jaclyn was great to work with. She provided wonderful service and detailed all expectations for a first time customer. I would definitely use this location for future storage needs.
