My experience today at Extra Space Storage in Volo was excellent. Mike , the manager , was extremely helpful, thorough and explained every detail of the renting process . He went out of his way to make me understand every step and made me feel comfortable. He walked with me on the premises and showed all the features and details of the renting space.
