Carol was amazing with getting back to me quickly with all the information I needed. I wouldn’t have written a review if it wasn’t for our few interactions! Sierra also was great keeping me updated on my unit. I felt safe and secure on property, and my unit was much bigger than I had hoped! Definitely recommend this location!

I have had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage and their staff. They are extremely great to work with and very friendly. Their storage units are clean and I feel very safe when I go there anytime of day. As a property manager I recommend them to all of my residents who ask about storage unit. The staff at Extra Space Storage off N. Daniels in Bloomington was incredibly responsive and professional. They were quick to answer all my questions, both over the phone and in person, making the move-in process simple. The facility offered super easy access. I felt my belongings were secure. The entire process was simple and the pricing was exactly as quoted. I would use them again.

The managers Carol and Bambie really care about the customer experience. They were instrumental in receiving packages and placing them into our storage unit. When we arrived they were ready for pick up and we could move our daughter into her apartment on time. Our storage unit was clean and secure.
