I have had storages unit at Extra Space Storage for over 2 years now. My building was temperature-controlled. The hallways were always clean and well-lighted. I never had any problems with anything. The office personnel were helpful and kind. Any time rates went up when my payment was due (I paid for 3-6 months in advance) they worked with me to get any price breaks they could activate to keep payments within my budget. I moved into a newer (and larger) home in June and no longer need their storage units, but highly recommend Extra Space Storage for short or long term storage services.
