Overall my experience with Extra Space Storage was great. My only complaint is I paid extra for a temperature controlled unit but my unit got quite hot over the summer. It was at the end of the building so perhaps the AC just didn’t reach it. However most of my items survived so it’s not a huge deal. The staff I interacted with at move in and move out were friendly and helpful. It was easy to book a unit online and pay rent online.
