Great customer service on the phone and in person! Unit was clean and provided a new lock! And I moved in n for WAY less than I had anticipated! However! GREAT JOB!!! The store I use is in State St in Columbus IN!

Quick service. Was very helpful in getting a locker and now insurance is a must on the unit. Very helpful every step of the way. I had immediate access to the storage unit.

Unit is clean. Climate controlled unit we have wreaks of mothballs. Not sure if it is by design or from another unit.

Derrick was very friendly and helpful. Express Storage has been the best storage facility i have used. They have been more than very accommodating with any needs or concerns we have had and have been more than helpful with anything we've needed. Derrick helped us especially when we had a problem with payment processing and made sure our unit was in good condition and remained safe and bug free.
