Mr. Thomas Rodriguez was so helpful and hands on. He took us on both floors and showed us the insides of all the sizes of units. He explained the cost of the different units and insurance tiers. He explained how to enter exit and the hours of operation. Mr. Ramirez displayed excellent customer service. Later I had questions concerning my unit and the price increase and I spoke with Mary McNeal who explained everything was very professional and made he leave a happy customer even after the price increase. Mrs. McNeal is definitely and gem and an asset who provides exemplary customer service!!!

Mary made my paper work and my.move in very easy and very smooth. She showed me how the lock works and showed me where to pull in at and when entering where to get the elevator. She explained EVERYTHING to me my experience was extremely pleasant. If I EVER need Extra Space Storage again. I would most DEFINITELY use them again. Thank you ever so much Miss Mary for such a wonderful experience.
