Great facility as for cleanliness, but I was not impressed with having to pay for a lock that will only work with this place, or paying for administrative services just to sign the lease, let alone having to use their insurance service. The first month rent free offer was taken by these fees, so I'm not sure where the free month is. Also I must pay a monthly fee for insurance on top of the storage fee. The storage insurance is half of what I pay for my renters insurance for my three bedroom apartment, and it's not even a third of the size of my smallest bedroom. If I were able to locate a different storage facility near me, I'd think twice about using this place.

When I first rented here, it was perfect. The people in the office were and still are amaizing but I can't say much for the tenants. Cart wheels full of some type of hair, trash left all over on the drive in dock area including broken glass in bubble wrap, not to mention the elevators being not so clean with them having carpeting. You can raise our rates shortly after we move in but it's OK to leave the place looking dirty. We pay alot of money to rent here, the least that you can do is keep the place clean and if not, hold the slobs responsible for their filth.
