I like Extra Space Storage because its location is great and very simple to get a spot if any are available. The facility is clean, properly kept, and management is very nice. Their customer service in general is exceptional. What I don't like is the business model and is essentially industry wide. A person is enticed with a very good entry level affordable introductory rate followed by a consistent price increase. So my three starts is for the model, not the experience.
