Met with a youth name of Quintin who also works with a young lady who’s name I can’t recall at the moment. Both individuals were very customer service oriented. Both were helpful with getting me the right size storage I needed for my prized possessions! Both individual’s were able to answer all my questions regarding safety/ security and procedure”s. Several weeks ago I visited my storage and went home. Next morning Quintin called to inform me that my storage was unlocked! I had forgot to slide the security latch on the unit. Locks were in place but no good unless the security latch was slid in place! I was thankful he caught this matter and informed me promptly. Even today I had a problem accessing the facility and Quintin and the young lady helped me regain my access code so I could regain access to my prized possessions. I had forgot the code but lucky for these two individuals are on par with their job and responsibilities to help customers! My experience with EZ storage has been great with these two individuals on duty at EZ storage .
