I’d like to start off by saying I don’t typically use self storage. However, I acquired my unit back in November sometime. I believe Day one Ashley helped me with finding the best price. Not sure if it was online versus in-store or vice versa. Either way she was very keen on helping And doing the majority of the legwork so that I didn’t have to. Five star review already. After moving in, she took extra time showing me different units for when I was able to downsize or wanted to look at comparable sizes. Another five stars. At one point, my auto pay turned off due to me physically turning it off. I forgot a couple days to pay it on time and she helped me with the late fee every single time. Unfortunately, Ashley is so good at her job. She gets to do everyone else’s also and she seems to never have a day off. I’ve been at my storage unit every single day of the week and she has always been there. Only twice has she had to return my call and when she did, she did so promptly. Ashley is the absolute face of this company and she does an outstanding job. She’s very kind and patient, and she has made my entire experience worth every penny. This company has no idea what kind of blessing she is yet how professional and efficient she is for the company. Another 10 stars. If you’re looking into self storage I will drive the extra distance to have this kind of hospitality and security, knowing that your stuff in your account is so well cared for. Ashley never stops making rounds around the grounds. She’s constantly cleaning and picking up any trash. She’s honestly well underappreciated for the amount of service she provides. Thank you so much, Ashley. You’ve been wonderful to me and And. I will continue with you in the future when I need Storage again. Lastly, the app makes it extremely easy for the gate access being remote as well as paying your bill or any other communication you need. When I was done and cleared out my unit, she let me know an email would arrive soon and it did. I would give this place 10 stars because of the one associate that works harder to make everybody’s experience easier and more enjoyable. Thanks again, Ashley.
