Started out great…no smells - no concerns. Turned into a constant smell of cat pee - then turned into an overwhelming smell of moth balls. Moved out of my second floor storage unit in October with all my belongings smelling like moth balls. Expressed my concerns about the elevator several times to the site manager but was told they had no control of elevators... They closed too quickly and aggressively. I was caught several times while trying to get 2 carts out/in - left bruises on my arms and legs.

I love the bigger space and having 24hr access and when you had a leak you contacted me right away to protect my stuff. Your space is twice the size of uhaul storage and less expensive too.

Both the store manager and assistant manager are great! I was able to rent a storage unit within 25 minutes! That included finding the perfect storage unit for myself, filling out paperwork, and paying/receiving my door code. Overall a great experience.
