Heather & April at the Granger, IN, location are outstanding. When I was ready to get my storage rental going, I called after hitting a roadblock on the website. Heather explained the online process and helped me understand what my next steps were to be. I called again with another question, and April took me through the process for finalizing my rental. Both are professional, sharp and personable. This followed an earlier experience calling the national call center and encountering someone whose selling tactics turned me off. It felt like a bait and switch sales operation. After talking with Heather and April, I was reassured that they know their operation inside and out, and that I was in good hands.
