Went there just to see if it might work for us. Palmer was fantastic, explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We ended up renting on the spot for the same price as the website advertised. Not the experience we had at other storage facilities we checked out, that didn’t really want to show us anything and had different rates than the web. So far, so good!

At first this storage place was good-very nice that they provided carts and climate controlled. Reasonable price. But now no carts because now -per management-people have stolen them and now a total of 2 for the entire facility-is only provided as “a courtesy “. And they jack up the price of the storage unit pretty frequently. Ofc all the standard reasons for this are given to you….blah, blah, blah. This time I have an increase over $20. Ripoff …
