Process online seemed smooth. The 'climate controlled' is misleading. The second floor of the facility on University Dr. Court is very hot and humid. Heat rises and it didn't feel like they had fans or venting to get it out. Plus the numbers of the units are all screwed up.

Palmer and Rachel are absolutely my favorite. They are both so incredibly nice and helpful. Rachel the manager has been so kind and helping me with moving situations and being so easy with everything and kind. I am so so grateful and Palmer was so helpful and both helped me problem solve. I can’t tell you how much I love them. I literally cancell d my unit to move and because of how amazing they are I kept my unit there longer
