Hammond self storage at 6705 Columbia Ave

This location is so close to my home!! They answered all of my questions and even suggested the storage space I should get to have enough room when I'm ready to move my items in!! Great Customer Service deserves 5 stars!!!

I love the longer hours you have access your storage. But just wish they had the longer grace period when your payment is up. You have the 5th day to pay but sometimes my pay day doesn't always work out. Oh..and I LOVE that they have a small dumpster for you to dispose your stuff you no longer want! It helps SO MUCH! ALL IN ALL good place to do business with.

I spoke to kathy this morning and she was very helpful she listened to me while i described her what size locker i wanted and she gave me very detailed descriptions on the size of lockers and what it can all hold. She was very patient to me and polite she has amazing customer service skills and i will definitely recommend this store and her to my friends and family.
