I rented a storage unit a few days ago and the customer service was outstanding! Amber went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Even though it was at the end of the day and they were about to close Amber was patient and took her time. I really appreciate that type of service. Also I can't forget about her co worker, I think the other person was her supervisor Crystal, who had excellent customer service skills. Crystal helped Amber out and her leadership and positive attitude was exemplary. Great team work! DP
