online setup was easy an efficient. i received a welcome call shortly after securing a space. My only complaint is that I was told a lock (which im paying for) was not provided by the end of the day.....I had to stop by the office which was minor inconvenience which slowed down my day...but overall, easy experience, clean facility and grounds. I leased an indoor unit an its nice an cool inside while 80 degrees outside. Also, moving carts are advertised by none were located in the building where im renting a unit.
