I have had my unit since October of 2020. Initially it was $76/month with insurance. Over the past four years my monthly fee has been raised at least three times. I now pay $122/month. I'm sure it will be raised again soon so I'll update then. That being said, the staff is amazing. Any issues I've had have been taken care of immediately. They are always helpful and allow me to feel comfortable knowing my things are safe.

There was an issue with my unit and due to not being able to get in touch with me they reached out to my mom. I spoke with Amy who was VERY helpful and understanding. I’ve never had a problem with them before and this just makes my experience with them better! Thank you Amy for all your help and working with me!!
