Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating—especially Amy, a floating manager. She was able to solve a small crisis I had. Amy went above and beyond to make sure my stay went as smooth as possible. Also a big fan of the drive up units. I’ve been dealing with passcode and broken elevator headaches with my old storage company. Already at ease. Thanks again, Amy!

I just rented a space at Extra Space and have been very happy with it so far. The office staff was friendly. The rates were straightforward and fairly reasonable. I didn't shop around; I just picked the nearest self-storage company to my rental property, but it looks like I went to a good one. The lots are clean and fairly easy to access. And I like that they sold things like boxes, tape and bubble wrap right there. They've just come out with an app that lets you pay monthly bills, but even more importantly it causes your phone to connect with the gate via Bluetooth, taking away the need to roll down the window and punch in your code. So I've heard. I can't install it because I live in Canada and the app isn't available for download outside the US. But I'm sure it's all good. So far I would recommend Extra Space.
